At least, MSC AA Terminal is a dream, what a beautiful Port, people welcomes you and ship associates willing to help and guide you through everything. Only concern is that you need at least 30 minutes more time just to enter the Ports area. We came an our ahead an arrived in time.

Lots of construction and confusion when entering area. Leave early. On our cruise date there was 7 ships leaving out. Careful driving as it gets crazy. IF your not comfortable with lots of aggressive drivers a Uber or ride share may be best. I suggest knowing what terminal your going to and wear comfortable shoes. But it's all worth it once you enter your ship cause then the fun begins.

Nice port to depart for my Bahamas cruise. I didn’t have high expectations, but it was much better than an airport-very clean, spacious, and well organized. There were plenty of helpful luggage staff, clear signage, and directions. Even with very long lines and thousands of cruisers, everything moved quickly. Overall, a very pleasant and efficient port.

Went through port Miami for Virgin Voyages and had no issues whatsoever. Parking was easy to find and well marked. Navigating the city to the port is a little difficult but fine once you get there.
